Client

CreativeDrive, a premium content production company needed marketing tools worthy of its brand: executive-level presentations, conversion-focused email campaigns, and sales collateral that could close deals without a designer in the room.

Challenge

A production company that makes world-class content for other brands can’t afford to show up to pitches with mediocre marketing. Every touchpoint had to reflect the same cinematic standard as their client work and it had to convert.

Opportunity

How might we build a suite of marketing tools that perform as well as they look — and keep performing after the designer has moved on?

Key Decisions

01

01

Narrative-first deck architecture

Executive presentations were structured as stories not slide dumps. Video, photography, and performance metrics were woven into a visual hierarchy that guided the audience to the ask.

02

02

Coded HTML email over templates

Off-the-shelf templates couldn’t match the brand’s production standards. Custom HTML within Salesforce/Pardot gave full visual control and delivered a 70% engagement rate on the LA Studio launch.

03

03

Built to be reused, not remade

Every asset was built as a reusable template, not a one-off. The email system alone saved 20+ hours of future production time across subsequent campaigns.

Outcome

A cohesive suite of brand-forward marketing tools that strengthened executive storytelling, improved engagement performance, and kept working long after delivery.
